Singaporean or Singapore permanent resident. From March 31, 2017, named directors are included in the company law. The directors of general secretarial companies are usually named directors.
They do not participate in the company's operations, but only meet the requirements of the company law.
Company actual controller: Effective March 31, 2017, the Singapore company will have a company actual controller (equivalent to a domestic company legal person)
